[SAP][Dashboards] 使用主题和模板套用格式

使用 Theme 可以改變 Dashboard 一系列物件的外觀，預設可以使用的 Theme 有 Admiral、Aero、Aqua、Elan、Graphite、Halo、iTheme、Nova、Phase、Windows Classic。要改變 Theme 可以從功能表中的 Fromat 下拉選單中，點選 Theme，再由出現的 Theme 對話方塊中選取適合的 Theme。

使用 Color Schemes 可以決定每一個物件的顏色，可以重複利用於其他的物件上。可以使用內建的 Color Schemes ，也可以客製 Color Schemes。在功能表上點選 Format ，再點選「Color Scheme...」。

在 Built-in 的樹狀目錄中，選取 Color Scheme。

[SAP][Dashboards] 發佈 Dashboard

在發佈建好的 Dashboard 前，可能想將 Dashboard 產生快照，以檢視在其他格式中的顯示狀況。從「預覽模式」Preview Mode，可以發佈所有可供選擇的格式或匯出資料至 Excel 工作表。
先預覽 Dashboard ，只要點選標準工具列上的 Preview 按鈕。

基本上 Text Components 並不多，只有 Input Text、Input Text Area、Label。都可以提供文字顯示用，但 Input Text、Input Text Area還可以提供資料輸入之用。

某些單一值元件，可以啟動 Play Options。播放選項 ( Play Options) 允許在我們所設定的範圍中，自動改變輸入的值。一旦元件啟動播放按鈕，可設定相關選項。

[SAP][Dashboards] Dashboard 輸入與輸出元件

Dashboard 元件的用意即是輸出資料顯示及輸入資料接收。有些元件只能有一個目的 (輸入或輸出) ，有些是同時俱備兩種目的。輸出元件例如 Chart、Gauges，只有顯示資料的功能；輸入的元件如 Slider、Selector ，只能接收資料。
輸入元件可以綁定一個儲存格，將使用者輸入的值反應在其儲存格，若這個儲存格與其他輸出元件綁定，或有其他儲存格參照到這個儲存格的公式，則可以執行 " what-if " 的分析。
某些單一值的元件，也可以用來做輸出顯示之用，例如 Gauge、Progress Bar，來讀取 Excel 工作表中已存在的值。

[SAP][Dashboards] 有關 Dashboard 中使用函數注意事項

Dashboard 支援大部分的 Excel 函數，好幾個常用的 Excel 函數如

• vlookup
• hlookup
• match
• if
• if or
• if and
• concatenate
• index 

雖然支援，但像 sumif 和 countif 函數，可能會造成 Dashboard 效能變慢，使用 index 和 match 組成的函數，可以獲得同樣的結果，但效能會更好。

SAP BusinessObjects Dashboard 4.0 的介面是由好幾個部分所組成包含

• Toolbars
• Components Browser
• Object Browser
• Property sheets
• Canvas
• Embedded Excel workbook
• Query Browser

在 SP5 的版本另加上 Mobile Compatibility 用來檢視 Components 在 Mobile 上的相容性。

設計 SAP Dashboard 可分為 Embedded Data (嵌入資料) 及 Connected Data (連結資料) 兩種方式。

SAP Dashboards 在 Query Browser 中，Add Query後，無法登錄至中央管理伺服器，出現的錯誤訊息如下：
Failed to connect to the BI platform.If this error keeps occurring
then refer to SAP Note 1668437 for troubleshootig.

[SAP][Dashboards] SAP Dashboards vs. Microsoft Office(64-bit)

SAP Dashboards 為 32-bit 的應用程式，安裝時需有 Microsoft Office Excel 32-bit 這必要條件，否則無法繼續安裝。檢查 Microsoft Office 版本時，可以看出所安裝的位元版本。若要在 Microsoft Office 2010 64-bit 環境下安裝 SAP Dashboards 就必須動手腳了。
