[SAP][Web Intelligence Rich Client] Sections 區段的使用

Sections 區段可以將整個 Report 群組化，這群組的值是在 Block 外的表頭。群組化資料可以使用 Break 或 Section 的功能。Break 的群組資料仍維持在 Block 內，但 Section 的群組是作用在整個 Report 中，也就是說，在同一個 Report 中有多個 Block 的話 (多個 Tables and Charts)，所有的 Block 都會以區段的方式顯示。

1.建立區段，點選某一行或列的資料，按滑鼠右鍵，選擇 Set as Section ...；或是點選 Report Element 工具列上 Tools 頁籤 Set as Section 按鈕。

2.若要對 Section 進行排序，請選 Section 的表頭，按滑鼠右鍵來選擇排序方式。

3.可將 Block 內的計算統計資料置於 Section 的表頭處，複製統計資料的欄位並貼上位在區段的表頭。

4.在 Report Map 中，可以瀏覽區段，點選每一區段即可顯示一區段的資料。

5.刪除區段資料。在區段表頭按滑鼠右鍵，點選 Delete,，可選擇 Cell Only 或 Section and Cell。

• Cell Only : 只刪除這儲存格的資料，仍會保留區段的結構及配置。
• Section and Cell : 則會刪除整個區段，回到 Block 的顯示方式。
