[SAP][Dashboards] SAP Dashboard 設計概況

設計 SAP Dashboard 可分為 Embedded Data (嵌入資料) 及 Connected Data (連結資料) 兩種方式。



使用嵌入資料建置 Dashboard :

     1.設計 Design

• Data : 可以匯入 EXCEL 工作表至 Dashboard 中，資料、公式及格式化皆會含在內。在 Dashboard 的元件，都會綁定至 Excel 工作表中的值及公式。但巨集、外部工作表及 VBScript 是不支援的。若要連結至其他資料來源，要使用 Data Manager 來建立即時資料連結。

• Build and format the dashboard : 加入 Dashboard 元件 (例如 : Charts、Gauges、Tables、Maps) 且綁定至 Excel 工作表中的欄位、行或範圍。使用 Property 頁籤來設定警示 ( Alert )、定義 Behavior及客製化元件顯示方式。

     2.發佈 Publish the dashboard : 在工具列上可以 Dashboard 發佈為不同格式的檔案，將產生的 Flash 檔案嵌入至 Microsoft Word、PowerPoint、Outlook e-mall message、Adobe PDF。

     3.部署 Deploy the published dashboard : 部署至 Server 後，在使用上唯一的要求就是 Adobe Plash Player 的版本必須可以播放。Excel 只在設計時期需要。



使用連線資料建置 Dashboard

     1.匯入資料來源 Import the data source
        一般資料總是由 BusinessObjects Enterprise 關連式資料庫或其他資料來源匯入 Excel 工作表中。避免包含不支援 Excel 函數、巨集及外部連結的儲存格。

     2.設計及建置 Design and build the dashboard
         加入 Dashboard 元件 (例如 : Charts、Gauges、Tables、Maps) 且綁定至 Excel 工作表中的欄位、行或範圍。使用 Property 頁籤來設定警示 ( Alert )、定義 Behavior及客製化元件顯示方式。

     3.連結 Connect the dashboard
        使用 Data Manager ，可以新增即時資料來源的連結 ( QaaWS，Web Service Connection，XML data，Flash Variables，Portal Data，Crystal Report Data Consumer，FS Command，LCDS Connections，Excel XML Maps 或 Live Office Connections)。一旦連線已定義，可指定更新頻率 ( Refresh Rate) 、直接載入及閒置訊息至 Dashboard。

     4.發佈 Publish the dashboard
        已連線的 Dashboard (發至至伺服器上)，讓使用者有適合的權限檢視 Dashboard。
